The competition begins on December 6, 2024 at 00:00 and ends on December 22, 2024 at 18:00.

Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and older with a residence in Germany. Employees of Mousebouncer GmbH, their family members, and employees of partner companies involved in creating or managing this contest are excluded from participation.

Participation

  • Participation is exclusively via the website zeromouse.ai.
  • Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase.
  • Each individual may participate only once.
  • The contest is promoted on the zeromouse.ai website and the official social media channels of Mousebouncer GmbH (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). Submitted images may be anonymously used for promotional purposes.

Prizes and Winner Selection

  • Prizes: ZeroMOUSE ™ 2.0.
  • Winner Selection: Winners will be determined by community voting on the zeromouse.ai website.
  • Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on the website, social media channels (Facebook, Instagram), and notified via email.

Data Protection

  • By participating, entrants consent to Mousebouncer GmbH collecting and processing the personal data provided for the purpose of conducting the contest.
  • Data will be used solely for managing the contest and deleted afterward.
  • By submitting photos, participants consent to their use by Mousebouncer GmbH for promotional purposes on the company website, social media channels, and newsletters. This consent includes the right to edit, reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the photos.
  • Consent to the use of photos can be revoked at any time by contacting: melissa.harrer@mousebouncer.com.
  • Participants confirm that they hold all rights to the submitted photos and that these are free of third-party rights.
  • Mousebouncer GmbH reserves the right to decline the use of submitted photos without providing a reason.

Early Termination and Exclusion

Mousebouncer GmbH reserves the right to terminate or suspend the contest at any time without prior notice and for any reason. This applies particularly if proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.

Transfer of Prizes

  • Cash payment, payment in kind, or exchange of prizes is not possible.
  • Prizes are non-transferable.

Liability

Mousebouncer GmbH assumes no liability for lost, damaged, or late entries.

Miscellaneous

  • Legal recourse is excluded.
  • German law applies.
  • Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
  • This promotion is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them.

Social Media

  • This contest is promoted on various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram.
  • Participation is exclusively via the website zeromouse.ai, not directly through social media platforms.
  • Any changes or updates to the contest will be communicated via the same channels used for the original promotion.
  • The use of social media platforms is subject to their respective terms of use.
